Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Apparel Items that have been used/washed any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be refunded.

Reference your order/invoice number.
Tell us what is wrong.
If possible, take a photo of the issue (we may request this later).
We will respond within 7 business days.

Purchased items will be shipped within 10 business days of the order, although most will be shipped within 3 to 4. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify SneakerTongueLLC@gmail.com.
